Information You Provide to Us

Blackwater Verify is headquartered in the UK, and we have operations and vendors in the United Kingdom and other countries. Therefore, we and those that perform work on our behalf may transfer your personal information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide levels of data protection that are equivalent to those of your home jurisdiction. We provide adequate protection for the transfer of personal data in accordance with applicable law.

Blackwater Verify may collect categories of personal information including identifiers (real name, alias, IP address, email), commercial information, internet activity, and professional or employment related information.

Blackwater Verify may disclose certain categories of personal information to recipients such as cloud service providers, authentication platforms, and fraud prevention companies in connection with the uses identified in Section 3.
